Ces machines cellulaires minuscules produisent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour la cellule gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un m\u00e9canisme d&rsquo;horlogerie et des r\u00e9seaux interd\u00e9pendants. Cette enzyme a partag\u00e9 quelques caract\u00e9ristiques avec l&rsquo;ARN polym\u00e9rase trouv\u00e9e chez certains <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">virus .<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\">En raison de ces caract\u00e9ristiques communes, certains scientifiques sugg\u00e8rent maintenant que d\u00e8s le moment o\u00f9 la cellule a suppos\u00e9ment engloutie son \u00e9ventuelle bact\u00e9rie mitochondrie, un virus a attaqu\u00e9 les cellules. Cependant, au lieu de causer un quelconque dommage, le virus aurait fait don du code de l&rsquo;ADN pour son enzyme ARN polym\u00e9rase!<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><br clear=\"all\" \/>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait assez difficile de croire, sans aucun pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent observ\u00e9, qu&rsquo;une bact\u00e9rie puisse engloutir une autre bact\u00e9rie sans la tuer, que la bact\u00e9rie engloutie deviendrait alors imm\u00e9diatement une partie int\u00e9grante de la cellule h\u00f4te, et que la nature aurait en quelque sorte transform\u00e9 la bact\u00e9rie en mitochondrie. Quelles sont les chances pour que cela produise?<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><br clear=\"all\" \/>Les chercheurs, publiant dans la revue Nature, ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences structurelles entre l&rsquo;ARN polym\u00e9rase viral et les enzymes ARN polym\u00e9rases mitochondriaux humains. Ils ont d\u00e9couvert que l&rsquo;ARN polym\u00e9rase mitochondrial n\u00e9cessitait au moins deux prot\u00e9ines suppl\u00e9mentaires pour \u00ab\u00a0fondre\u00a0\u00bb l&rsquo;ADN afin qu&rsquo;il puisse lire la s\u00e9quence. Cependant, il est \u00e9vident que les m\u00e9thodes de l&rsquo;ARN polym\u00e9rase mitochondrial d&rsquo;interaction avec l&rsquo;ADN sont ajust\u00e9es pour le monde microscopique des mitochondries de la cellule, et non pour celles des virus. Insister sur le fait qu&rsquo;une machine aussi ajust\u00e9e a surgie par une infection virale due au hasard et que la machine virale est juste arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 modifier et int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re si parfaite de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 activer la machinerie mitochondriale c&rsquo;est trop demander \u00e0 la nature.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;\"><br clear=\"all\" \/>Mais bien-s\u00fbr, ajuster des mol\u00e9cules qui permettent la vie ce n&rsquo;est pas trop demander \u00e0 un \u00catre super-intelligent.
